AllView Real Estate is looking for a focused, reliable, and detail-driven Staff Accountant to handle our internal books. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, accurate financials across multiple corporate entities, working quietly and independently with clear expectations and strong support.

AllView is a fast-growing, full-service real estate company focusing on property management and residential and commercial sales brokerage services — with additional verticals coming soon. We’re an ambitious company based in California, with stable systems, strong leadership, and a long-term vision. This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone who values structure, consistency, and craftsmanship in their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain precise books in QuickBooks Online for multiple entities

• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards weekly

• Process payables, receivables, intercompany transfers, and payroll

• Perform weekly bookkeeping updates by Friday EOD and month-end closes within 5 business days

• Prepare internal financial reports and KPI dashboards to help leadership make sound decisions

• Ensure accurate documentation of management fees and AppFolio transactions

• Collaborate with our CPA as needed on tax filings and accounting best practices

• Follow clear workflows with well-defined deadlines

• Report directly to our COO with minimal interruption or last-minute changes

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience with U.S.-based companies

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting standards

• Deep experience with QuickBooks Online

• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills

• A meticulous eye for detail and a love for clean books

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

• Comfortable working independently, on track, and to a deadline

• Experience in real estate accounting is a must; AppFolio experience is preferred
